What are the gym hours?

Our general opening times are:
Monday-Thursday 6am–10pm
Friday 6 pm–8 pm
Saturday-Sunday 7am–8 pm

During public holidays these may change, please keep an eye on our social media channels for updates during these times.

Are there lockers available for use?

Yes, we have lockers available for use in our changing rooms. There is no need for a padlock or key as we use combination locks, instructions on how to use these are in the changing rooms. Please note that the gym cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

How do I book a class?

Your Gym membership gives you access to 4 group classes a month, whilst your Gym & Group Class membership gives you unlimited classes. You can book a class by sending a WhatsApp message to reception 056 808 2386 or by speaking with a staff member at the welcome desk. Classes can also be booked via the MemberMe+ mobile app. We recommend booking in advance as classes can fill up quickly.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have off-street parking which is free for 2 hours.

Can I cancel my membership?

On our monthly rolling membership, you can cancel your membership at anytime by speaking to our dedicated reception team. Your membership will be available until the end of your next paid term (month or year depending).

Are personal training services available?

Yes, we have expert, certified personal trainers available for one-on-one training sessions. You can request information about personal training services at the front desk or visit the Personal Training page on the website for more details about our awesome team.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, of course – Summer getaway, Ramadan, Christmas retreat?  With our Annual commitment memberships you can request to put your membership on hold for up to 2 months total over the year of your membership (limited to 2 separate occasions) . Please contact the gym for more information about our hold policies, and speak to our PT’s they can give you some tips and pointers for keeping fit whilst you are away. 

Are there changing rooms and showers available?

Yes, we have changing rooms and showers available for use by all our members. These are kept clean and maintained on a regular basis, however, please inform staff if there are any issues with the facilities.

What type of equipment do you have at the gym?

We have a wide variety of high quality equipment including cardio machines (Treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines), weight training equipment, free weights, and group fitness equipment. We also have a selection of fitness based accessories, such as skipping ropes, blocks, mats and medicine balls. We only ask you to return equipment to it’s rightful place after use 🙂

Can I bring a guest to the gym?

Yes, our annual memberships give you 2-free Guest Passes so you can bring guests to the gym, they will need to check in at the front desk and have a gym induction and sign a PAR-Q form. We also have a daily gym access rate for those guests who want to use the facilities for a few sessions, perfect for your holiday-making guests 🙂

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes, It’s more fun together and we are really grateful to you for referring us to your friends. If you introduce a friend and they sign-up to an annual Gym or Gym & Group Class Membership, you will both get a month free. We all win 🙂

Gym Rules

We have rules, but it’s mostly about being a considerate human and respecting your fellow gym goers.

  • Smile and say Hi to people (It makes everyone feel good)
  • Please put everything back where it belongs
  • Don’t drop the weights
  • Please sanitise equipment after use
  • Respect others’ personal space
  • No food or drink, only bottled water
  • Please wear appropriate fitness attire (keep your shirts on boys)
  • Trainers/Sneakers must be worn at all times
  • Please report any damaged equipment
  • Feel free to ask for assistance
  • Most importantly, have fun, be safe and sweat!!
