This place is fun and challenging and really convenient as you can go to different classes, rather than having to commit to a specific day and time. The teachers are really friendly and they all have their own style of teaching. 👍 🤩
I have been training with Steve Duerden at Optimal Fitness since March 2022, during this time I have found Steve to be encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable in all areas of training and nutrition. The work we did in the first three months was a huge factor in helping me get over the line in my first marathon in May within my goal time and without pain or injury.
The improvement in my health over the 12 weeks has been nothing short of remarkable, dropping blood pressure medication completely after 3 weeks to the surprise and happiness of my cardiologist who had been struggling to bring this under control.
