Optimal dance manager and instructor Carmen is qualified in Professional Stage Dance, RAD RTS classical ballet and (PBT) progressions in ballet technique. She has a loyal following of clients and dancers who love her teaching style. She is passionate about her role and this is easy to see in the performances her dancers put on once a year.
