Coached by Industry Leaders.
Every coach at Optimal Fitness brings a real specialisation — strength, rehab, nutrition, or life-stage-specific training — backed by genuine qualifications, built over years of real training.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in helping people become stronger, move better and build lasting confidence in the gym. My background extends beyond coaching clients—I have also worked as a trainer and assessor, educating and qualifying the next generation of personal trainers to the highest professional standards. As a competitive strength sports enthusiast with a passion for powerlifting and strongman, I bring proven, practical coaching methods to every session, whether your goal is building muscle, increasing strength or improving everyday performance. I believe training should be challenging, effective and enjoyable, so alongside expert coaching, you can also expect plenty of encouragement, accountability and the occasional dad joke to keep things light along the way.

Greg brings a sports science degree into every strength and conditioning programme he builds, with a particular focus on hypertrophy and small-group training. He pairs the training side with fat-loss nutrition guidance, so clients get one coherent plan rather than a workout and a diet from two different directions.
