Sign up for one of our Fight Camps with our resident boxing coach Liam Walsh. These camps take you through all the stages of a fight camp. Starting with conditioning and fitness training then progressing to pad work, heavy bag training and eventually controlled sparring. There are various evening classes available and these split up participants into age, weight and experience level. Self defence and not getting hit are the main skills taught, along with self control and discipline.
Camps are paid for in blocks at the start and attendees are then able to attend three evening training sessions per week.
