Sign up for one of our Fight Camps with our resident boxing coach Liam Walsh. These camps take you through all the stages of a fight camp. Starting with conditioning and fitness training then progressing to pad work, heavy bag training and eventually controlled sparring. There are various evening classes available and these split up participants into age, weight and experience level. Self defence and not getting hit are the main skills taught, along with self control and discipline.

Camps are paid for in blocks at the start and attendees are then able to attend three evening training sessions per week.

Fitness

The sport is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and can push your body to repeatedly sustain intense bouts of activity. With cardio, strength training, core work, agility, and footwork all in one workout – you will be both challenged and pushed to test your limits!

Balance & Coordination

The agility component of boxing is great for balance, while punching improves hand-eye coordination. Even without core-specific movements during the strength-training portion of the workout, boxing builds these muscles. The moves needed to box will build core strength, which in turn improves balance.

Group Training

The energy within a group exercise class is great motivation and encouragement for you to increase your output and get the most out of your training. Individuals are more likely to push themselves harder when exercising in a group setting.
