In our yoga classes you will flow from one pose directly into the next. As our instructor explains – “It is a moving meditation”, where the mind, body and breath become one. It incorporates a sequence of side bends, backbends and twists. Using your own bodyweight to improve core strength and improve your stability, balance and power.
